Before I Fall In Love er bústin og áferðarfögur poppplata, rafskotin og stuðvæn en ballöðurnar eru þarna líka.

Sjana Rut kíkti í heimsókn á K100 í dag og sagði hlustendum frá nýrri plötu sem hún var að gefa út, "Before I Fall in Love" en þessi plata kemur út á vinyl.

“Always”, the focus track from Before I Fall In Love, represents the brightest side of Sjana Rut’s new creative chapter.

La cantante y compositora islandesa Sjana Rut presentó Always, el tema principal de su quinto álbum de estudio titulado Before I Fall in Love.

Always captures an ‘80s funky synthpop spirit and a charismatic approach in the vein of Kate Bush and Cyndi Lauper.

Icelandic talent Sjana Rut has just dropped her brand new single Mine, an 80s-tinged disco-pop banger.

Its danceable energy and accessible melody support a confident performance, allowing the celebratory quality to emerge naturally from the emotional shift.

“Mine” is a song about the moment when someone’s little dirty secret is exposed, and the person who hurt you realizes that you are perfectly fine without them.

Tell Me is a playful yet heartfelt reflection on the people who shape us and the moments we can't quite forget.

The beat has a warm bounce, the bass sits nicely, and the whole production sounds clean and rich. It is playful, romantic, and polished enough to replay more than once.

On “Tell Me”, Sjana Rut transforms that feeling into a vibrant electro-pop anthem that blends nostalgia, romance, and irresistible dancefloor energy.

Musically, “Tell Me” excels through its effortless fusion of contemporary pop sensibilities and Afrobeat-inspired rhythms.

Icelandic pop artist Sjana Rut reminds of how vibrant, fun and empowering pop music can be with her latest single "Burn The Matches" an uplifting offering rooted in reclaiming your power, moving forward, and celebrating life with confidence and joy.

Sjana Rut’s “Burn the Matches” locates agency in absence, finding the power pop anthem’s voltage in silence rather than explosion.

There’s a version of pop right now that feels overthought. Too polished, too calculated, trying to hit instead of actually feeling like something. Sjana Rut is not doing that.
